Four Stages. One Integrated Line.

Every step of your cosmetic manufacturing process covered by a single, synchronized equipment package — no integration headaches, no compatibility issues.

ro water treatment machine

RO Water Treatment

Pharmaceutical-grade purified water. Removes 99.6% of dissolved solids, bacteria, and endotoxins before they reach your formula.

kosmix filling machine

Automatic Liquid Filling

Servo-driven piston or peristaltic filling. Handles low-viscosity serums to thick creams. ±0.5% fill accuracy.

vacuum emulsifying mixer

Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

High-shear homogenizer under vacuum. Produces stable O/W and W/O emulsions for creams, lotions, serums, and gels.

labeling-machine

Capping & Labeling

Inline rotary capping and self-adhesive wrap/spot labeling. Up to 60 bottles per minute with vision inspection.

Built for OEM Scale & Compliance

Each machine in the Kosmix line is designed to integrate seamlessly and independently — standard PLC interfaces, 316L stainless contact parts, CIP-ready.

Industrial RO Water Treatment System

Produce deionized, bacteria-free process water compliant with USP Purified Water and EU Ph. Eur. standards. The Kosmix KM-RO series uses a multi-stage membrane system with pre-filtration, UV sterilization, and conductivity monitoring — everything a cosmetic or pharmaceutical OEM factory needs to protect formula integrity from the very first step.

  • Multi-stage pre-filtration: sand filter + carbon filter + precision filter
  • UV sterilization unit standard on all models
  • Real-time TDS/conductivity display with high-conductivity alarm
  • Automatic membrane flush & CIP-compatible pipework
  • Optional EDI module for ultra-pure water (<0.1 μs/cm)

Vacuum Homogenizer Emulsifying Mixer

The KVM is the heart of your cosmetic OEM line. Vacuum processing eliminates air bubbles for a smooth, professional texture. The high-shear rotor-stator homogenizer, combined with a slow-speed anchor agitator with scrapers, handles everything from lightweight serums to heavy body butters — in a single GMP-qualified vessel.

  • 316L stainless steel product-contact surfaces, mirror polished Ra ≤0.4μm
  • Variable-frequency drive (VFD) on homogenizer and agitator
  • PLC touchscreen with recipe storage (up to 99 formulas)
  • GMP-compliant design: no dead legs, full CIP/SIP capable
  • Optional water-phase and oil-phase pre-mix tanks

Automatic Liquid & Cream Filling Machine

From 5ml eye serums to 500ml body lotions, the KFM servo-driven filling line delivers ±0.5% accuracy at up to 80 containers per minute. Changeover between bottle sizes takes under 10 minutes — ideal for OEM/ODM factories running multiple SKUs. Hot-fill capability (up to 95°C) available on request.

  • Servo-driven piston filling — no product shear damage
  • No-container, no-fill detection with auto-reject
  • HEPA clean-room compatible filling environment option
  • Drip-free nozzles — anti-stringing for thin serums
  • Formats: bottles, tubes, jars, pouches (with adapter kit)

Automatic Capping & Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine

The final step before your product ships. The KCM/KTM series handles disc caps, pump heads, flip-top caps, and screw caps on a single rotary capping platform. The integrated wrap-around or front/back labeler with vision camera ensures every bottle meets your brand’s QC standards before it leaves the line.

  • Torque-controlled cap tightening — protects threads and seals
  • Vision inspection: label position, print quality, missing label detection
  • Quick-change chuck kits for multi-format production
  • Integrated reject conveyor with batch counter

Why Kosmix?

What OEM Factories Need from a Supplier

European and American cosmetic manufacturers tell us the same thing: they don’t want three vendors, two integration problems, and one delayed line start. Kosmix solves that.

GMP & CE Ready Documentation
Every machine ships with CE Declaration of Conformity, material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), IQ/OQ/PQ documentation support, and full wiring diagrams — ready for FDA or EU GMP audit.

Single-Source Integration
All four machines share one PLC communication protocol and one HMI interface. Line OEE data flows to your MES or SCADA system via OPC-UA or Modbus TCP out of the box — no custom integration required.

Questions OEM Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Everything you need to know before requesting a quote — answered plainly.

What certifications does the production line carry?

All Kosmix machines carry CE marking (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) and are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. Material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided for all 316L stainless product-contact parts. Full IQ/OQ documentation is available to support FDA 21 CFR Part 211 and EU GMP Annex 15 validation.

Can the line handle both low-viscosity serums and thick creams?

Yes. The vacuum emulsifying mixer handles viscosities from 50 cP (watery serums) to over 100,000 cP (thick ointments). The filling machine uses interchangeable nozzle heads — piston for thick creams, peristaltic for liquids — and the changeover takes under 15 minutes. You can run different SKUs on the same line within a single shift.

What is the minimum order for a complete production line?

There is no minimum order quantity. We supply everything from single-machine replacements to full turnkey lines. For the complete 4-stage line, the Starter Package starts at one unit. We recommend the Professional Line for OEM factories producing more than 50,000 bottles per month.

How long does on-site installation and commissioning take?

For the Starter Line, typically 3–5 working days. Professional and Industrial Lines require 7–14 working days including operator training. A detailed pre-installation checklist — covering floor space, utilities (3-phase power, compressed air, drainage), and site access — is provided 2 weeks before machine dispatch.

Does Kosmix supply spare parts internationally?

Yes. We stock a full range of consumable and wear parts — seals, gaskets, filling nozzles, and filter membranes — and ship via DHL Express worldwide within 48 hours. A recommended first-year spare parts kit can be included with your line order at a discounted rate.

Can I see a running line before purchasing?

Absolutely. We can arrange a video call with a live factory demonstration, or connect you with a reference customer in your region. For orders above a qualifying value, we cover the cost of a factory visit (flight and hotel) for one engineer from your team.

Is the RO system sufficient for EU/US cosmetic water standards?

Yes. The KM-RO system produces water with conductivity below 10 μs/cm and bacterial counts below 100 CFU/mL — meeting ISO 22716 (GMP for cosmetics), USP <1231>, and EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. An EDI polishing module is available for pharmaceutical-grade standards.

What payment terms and shipping options are available?

Standard payment: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment . We ship EXW, FOB Guangzhou, or CIF to major ports worldwide. Full export documentation including CO, packing list, and commercial invoice is prepared within 3 working days of payment clearance.
